Our mission is to educate the members of our congregation about God’s love, his grace and his Word. 

 

KIDS’ BIBLE ADVENTURE - During our services all the children are invited up to the front of the sanctuary where they will be connect with the message for the week. The children's sermons are given by our Pastor and volunteers from the congregation.  This adventure not only provides a connection for the children but often provides everyone with a great new way to connect with the Gospel.

CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL – September through May, beginning at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings United Lutheran provided a wonderful Sunday School experience for your children.  Sunday School shares the wonders of learning about God through bible stories, art projects, songs, and fun activities.

United Lutheran Church offers the following Sunday School classes for your children to attend...  

                   Pre-K:  2-4 years of age               Kindergarden - 3rd Grade                                   

                                           4th Grade - High School       

 

ALIEN YOUTH GROUP - United Lutheran Church is excited to announce the start of our 6th grade and older Youth Group.  We will meet the 2nd Friday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.  Other activities are scheduled during the month.  Our curriculum for the year will be "Scary, Gross, & Weird Stories of the Bible."  This material is very entertaining and educational all at the same time!  For more information on the youth group please contact the church office. 

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - During summer vacation United Lutheran offers an action packed week of Vacation Bible School for the youth of our church and the community around us.  Everyone is welcome to attend!  We even have adult VBS study during this time as well!

 

FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT - Each month we choose a fun- family movie, for young and old alike, and project it on the wall for a"theater" effect.  Everyone brings their favorite movie snacks to share and we always have a great time!  For movie times and dates please call the church office.  We hope to see you at the show!

 

The Christian Education Committee also hosts a variety of activities throughout the year including Pancake Breakfasts, Spaghetti Dinners, Zoo Trips, Museum Trips, Advent Workshops, and many many more.
