Classes taught by Licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor Theresa Bielefeldt

Zumba Fitness is a one hour dance fitness class which combines Latin, International and Hip Hop rhythms to provide an effective whole body workout!  Zumba is for everyone, and requires no dance experience.  Class is taught in a manner where everyone can participate at their own fitness level with high or low impact.  We believe in supporting others in achieving their weight loss and wellness goals.

Wear comfy clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle.  Bring a friend!
