Rev. Krista Zimmerman - Pastor

Called to United Lutheran Church on September 19, 2010, as a Child of God my sense of call is centered around my love and dedication to Jesus Christ.  I believe that in baptism, God calls us all to ministry with our brothers and sisters in Christ.  God also calls out certain people to lead this priesthood of all believers, and I feel called to walk alongside people in their faith, to lead United Lutheran Church into a deeper relationship with Christ and each other, and to make us all aware of God's deep Grace for each of us.  We can come as we are but also be transformed by what God is already doing in our midst.  I want to spread the message that we are saved by grace through faith without works to a culture that is so entrenched by expectations to be better-prettier, richer.  I want to foster a people and a place where people are gathered as one by Christ in order to better the Kingdom of God on earth and in heaven.  God has called me to humbly and boldly serve as the pastor of United Lutheran Church.
